This year, 2023, marks my 35th year in the mortgage industry. Prior to my career in mortgages, I worked in banking.

My number one focus, for every transaction is FIRST AND FOREMOST working for my clients to obtain the needed information to put them in the mortgage that fits their needs and life. My customers and realtor partners is what has sustained my love for this business throughout the years.

During my tenure in the mortgage business, I have seen rates as high as 17% and at the low of 2%. It is a volatile business that used to be driven by US economic reports, stock and bond markets. Now it is driven by a global economy which makes it an even tougher business, but one that I will continue to work in for more years to come. It is part of my DNA given my father was a successful broker for 45 years, my brother was a real estate attorney for many years as well.

It is my promise to you, that I will give you the best rate and terms I have available- I will take on a challenge- I love self-employed borrowers- jumbo, new construction and first time homebuyers. Certain geographies like Georgia (especially Central GA) and Vermont were impacted by this data availability. Land sales and manufactured (MFR) home sales are excluded from the dataset.
